To import the operations .OPR library file you have created click EDIT then BOM then IMPORT LIBRARY (.OPR) and a new window will appear. In the window navigate to the operations OPR library file you created and select it then click OPEN and then CLOSE. The OPERATION fields on your PC board will now have the hyperlinks.
