6 STEPS TO CREATE A TEST FIXTURE (ATE) AND BOUNDARY-SCAN PROGRAMMING FILE

With the Unisoft software you can quickly create your Test Fixture (ATE) machine programming files from all type of data such as CAD, GERBER and BOM files. Start to finish time can be 10 minutes or less.

Choose the XY data you wish to use, either a full CAD file, an XY Rotation file, or a Gerber-only file and import that data into the Unisoft software.
If the PCB is panelized, then normally the Gerber layer that represents the panel is added as an overlay, and the fiducial marks are picked off from the panel.
