CELLS hardware / software requirements
The requirements to run the Unisoft Pronto software a
very minimal by today's standards. The Pronto software modules include
ProntoPLACE, ProntoAOI, ProntoTEST-FIXTURE, ProntoSELECTIVE-SOLDERING,
ProntoVIEW-MARKUP and ProntoGERBER-CONNECTION.
COMPUTER: PC running Windows 95 or newer. Approx. 100 megabytes of hard drive space is required.
SERVER: Some customers will utilize a server to allow users of the Unisoft software to have access to the different project files they have on their server but this is not a requirement of the Unisoft Pronto software as it is run locally.
One example that is usually the case for larger customers is that the Unisoft Pronto software itself is installed locally but the files for the customers projects and their associated Unisoft files such as the Unisoft .F2B database files, etc. are usually located on some type of shared server.
Another example for smaller customers is that they may run everything locally. For example the files for the customers projects and their associated Unisoft files such as the Unisoft .F2B database files, etc. and the Unisoft Pronto software may all be local on an individuals computer.
